Dana Kundalini

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices which incorporate movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

I know the current conditions of the world have many of us stressed. If you’re looking for healthy coping skills- I invite you to join me every Sunday morning at 9AM PT for Kundalini Yoga.

This class is accessible to all levels. We will start with some warm up exercises, then move into a specific set of movements (kriya) and enjoy a meditation with mantra and a nice savasana.
