Fall is in the air. Life is getting back on track and now you can focus on self care and moving toward the life you desire. The time is now! There’s only a few more months in this year; yet there is still time to master 2024. I’d like to invite you to a gentle, sustainable approach to crafting and living the life you desire. Let’s drop the hustle and grind methods.

Getting from where you are (present) to where you want to be (future), requires knowing what you’d truly like out of life, dreaming big, feeling into your desires, assessing your current life, and casting your visions and desires into the future. It also requires curiosity, consistency, support, and belief.

Your Future Self was the current version of you, not so long ago. How did you get here? There’s valuable information to be gained by connecting to your Future Self and I’ll lead you on the journey of discovery.

One of the most powerful aspects of this 8 week group program is that we do the work (play) in real time, while we’re on the call. This alleviates the ‘finding time to do homework’ factor that creates a cycle of self disappointment, because you didn’t get to the project.

By the end of this program you’ll have clarity around what you desire and why, you’ll connect with and be guided by your Future Self through group meditations and journaling practices. You’ll create a “feelings library” and learn to access desired feelings on-demand. You’ll know what you’ll focus on and how you’ll stay on track. You’ll feel hopeful, capable, and worthy!
